It all began with a desire to tell the story of revolutionary social worker Ms. Po-Ling Ng, and the realization that her name stood for something equally special.
In 2015, Inspiring Diversity (iD) Founder Betty Ng came to the realization that each letter of her mother's name - Po-Ling - encapsulated important principles of success and impact. P(riorities); O(thers); L(ead); I(nspire); N(etwork); G(row) are words that serve as a foundation for iD and the P.O.L.I.N.G.® framework illustrates powerful principles that should be considered in conveying stories of impact and success at interviews and public speaking at large.
